A local office you can drive to
Our office is at 4275 Little Rd #202 in Arlington, and it has been our base since the company was founded in 2017. A street address matters more than it sounds. When a warranty question comes up three years after a hailstorm, you need a contractor who is still in town and answers the same phone number.
After big DFW storms, crews from other states arrive, knock on doors and sell roofs quickly. Some do fine work. The problem is what happens later, when a flashing detail fails or a supplement is still open with the insurer and the company has moved on to the next storm. We are here year-round, and you can call (817) 754-9484 or stop by the office.
Credentials you can check before you sign
Texas does not license roofers, so the checks that matter are the ones you can verify yourself. We hold manufacturer certifications, carry insurance and are registered with the City of Arlington, and we will show you any of them before you sign a contract.
| What to check | Why it matters | Where Roof Experts stands |
|---|---|---|
| Liability insurance | Protects your property if something goes wrong on the job | Insured |
| City contractor registration | Arlington requires roofing contractors to register | Registered with the City of Arlington |
| Manufacturer certification | The maker of the product has approved the installer | CertainTeed for residential roofing; Elevate (Holcim), GACO and GenFlex for commercial roofing |
| Written warranty | Tells you who fixes what, and for how long | 5-year labor warranty plus the manufacturer’s material warranty |
| Local address | Someone to call after the job | 4275 Little Rd #202, Arlington |
Our licensing page explains each of these checks in more detail and links to the city and state sources.
A free inspection with photos you keep
The inspection costs nothing and comes with no obligation. We walk the roof, check the attic where we can get to it, photograph what we find and explain it standing in your driveway. You keep the photos, which helps whether you hire us, hire someone else or file a claim.
If a repair will solve the problem, we recommend the repair. A roof with a few lifted shingles or a cracked pipe boot does not need replacing, and a replacement quote on a roof with years left in it is a good reason to get a second opinion. Read more about roof inspections and how we decide between repairing and replacing.
Straight dealing on insurance claims
We help with insurance claims by documenting the damage, meeting your adjuster on the roof and building what the approved claim covers. We stay inside Texas law while doing it, which means we never touch your deductible and we never present ourselves as your adjuster.
Both rules exist because of contractors who broke them. Texas law requires the policyholder to pay the deductible and makes it illegal for a contractor to waive or rebate it. It also bars a contractor from acting as a public adjuster on a property it is working on. A roofer who offers either is telling you how they treat rules in general. Our deductibles page covers the details.
A warranty in writing, and a way to pay
Every roof we install comes with a 5-year labor warranty on our workmanship, and the materials carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. Both are spelled out in writing before the job starts, so you know which issues come back to us and which go to the manufacturer.
If the cost is the hard part, we offer third-party financing, and in some situations we can arrange financing in-house. It is worth raising at the inspection so the arrangement is in place before work is scheduled. Details are on the payments and financing page.
What other homeowners say
Reviews are the one thing a contractor cannot write about itself. Roof Experts is rated 4.9 on Google. Read them, including the oldest ones, and look for how the company handled problems, not only how the finished roof looked.
Then compare. Our blog post on how to choose a roofing contractor in Texas has a longer checklist, and the about page lists every company fact in one place. When you are ready, request a free inspection.
