What we do
We replace, repair and inspect roofs, and we take care of the exterior work that usually comes with a roof job. On houses that means asphalt shingle roofs most of the time, with metal and other materials where they suit the house. On commercial buildings it is mostly low-slope roofs, coatings and membranes.
Storm work is part of every North Texas roofing year. After hail or high wind we inspect, photograph the damage, meet the insurance adjuster on the roof and then do the repair or replacement the claim approves. The full list of services is on our services page, and the materials we install are explained under roofing materials.
How we run a job
Every job starts with a free inspection and a set of photos the owner keeps. From there we give a plain recommendation, a written estimate if work is needed, and a schedule. Roofs are priced after we measure them, not from a phone call or a satellite image, because pitch, layers and decking change the cost.
On the day of the work, the old roof comes off, the deck gets checked and any bad wood is replaced before new underlayment and roofing go on. Permits are pulled where the city requires them. If your project involves an insurance claim, our insurance claims page explains how the paperwork and payments line up with the work.
What we will not do
Some promises are common in roofing and are either illegal in Texas or a bad deal for the homeowner. We do not make them, and knowing them in advance makes it easier to compare contractors.
- We do not waive, absorb or rebate deductibles. Texas law requires the policyholder to pay the deductible, and contractors who offer otherwise break the law. See deductibles.
- We do not act as your public adjuster. Texas does not allow a contractor to adjust a claim on a property it is working on. We document damage and show it to your adjuster; the claim is yours.
- We do not claim a Texas roofing license. Texas has no statewide roofing license. Our licensing page explains what to check instead.
Arlington is home
Our office is on Little Road in southwest Arlington, and our service area is centered on Arlington and the cities around it. Being local matters after a storm, when out-of-town crews arrive, sell roofs door to door and are gone before a warranty question comes up.
We are registered with the City of Arlington, as the city requires of roofing contractors. If you want to see what we have built, the our work gallery shows real jobs, and why homeowners hire us lays out what you can verify before you sign anything.
