How Texas roof claims work after hail or wind, what your deductible and policy mean, and how we document damage and meet your adjuster.
Free storm inspections, claim-ready photo documentation, tarping and hail or wind roof repair across Dallas-Fort Worth from our Arlington office.
We go up, photograph the damage and tell you honestly whether it is worth a claim.
You open the claim with your insurer. We give you the photos and measurements to back it up.
We can meet the adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed.
We replace or repair the roof and send the paperwork your insurer needs to release any held funds.
We are a roofing contractor first. Our core work is roof replacement, roof repair and storm damage on houses across Dallas-Fort Worth, plus commercial roofs. We also handle the parts of the exterior that sit next to the roof: gutters, siding, windows, exterior paint and fencing, so one contractor can carry the whole job.
A typical call to our office is one of three things. A leak just showed up on a ceiling. A roof is getting old and the owner wants to know how much life is left. Or a storm came through and nobody is sure whether there is damage worth a claim. All three start with a free inspection.
A free inspection is a walk of the roof, a look in the attic where we can get into it, and a set of photos you keep. We then tell you plainly what we found: a repair, a replacement, or nothing that needs doing yet. Nobody signs anything on inspection day.
More detail is on our roof inspections page.
Our part of an insurance claim is the roofing evidence. We document storm damage with dated photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on the roof to show what we found, and repair or replace the roof once the claim is approved. You stay in charge of the claim itself, and you pay your deductible.
Texas draws clear lines here, and we work inside them. A roofing contractor cannot act as your public adjuster on a job it is also building, and it cannot waive, absorb or rebate your deductible. The Texas Department of Insurance explains both rules. Our insurance claims guide walks through each step, and the page on deductibles covers what you owe and when.
The best reason to hire any roofer is that you can check them before you sign. We have one office in Arlington, a phone that rings there, and credentials you can verify: manufacturer certifications, insurance, City of Arlington contractor registration and a written labor warranty.
If you are comparing roofers, our page on why homeowners hire us lists the questions worth asking every contractor, us included.
We work across Dallas-Fort Worth from our Arlington office, centered on Tarrant County and the cities that border Arlington. That includes Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, North Richland Hills and the Mid-Cities, and we also take work in Dallas, Denton and Collin County cities.
Arlington is home, and it has its own page covering local permits and the roofs we see most often there. Every other city we serve is listed on the service areas page. If your address is not on the list, call and ask; we will tell you straight whether we can take the job.
We repair, restore and replace commercial roofs for building owners and property managers across Dallas-Fort Worth, and most of them are low-slope roofs. Our certifications with GenFlex and Elevate (Holcim) cover single-ply membrane systems, and our GACO certification covers silicone roof coatings.
The first visit for a commercial roof is the same as for a house: a free inspection, photos and a straight answer on whether the roof needs a repair, a coating, or a new system. Work is scheduled around a building that has to keep running. See commercial roofing and our TPO roofing page.
Our only office is at 4275 Little Rd #202 in Arlington. These are the cities we work in most.

No. Texas law requires the policyholder to pay the deductible, and it is illegal for a contractor to waive, absorb or rebate it. We will never offer to, and a roofer who does is putting you and your claim at risk.
