Roof Experts, LLC (“Roof Experts,” “we”) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, inspection and appointment scheduling and reminders, project and crew updates, insurance-claim coordination, billing notices, review requests and, only if you separately opt in, roof-care tips and promotional offers. Job applicants who opt in may receive texts about their application and interview scheduling.
How you opt in
By checking the SMS box on our website, initialing the consent line on an estimate or contract, checking the box on a job application, giving verbal consent on a call, or texting us first, you agree to receive texts from Roof Experts, LLC at the number you provided, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions. Marketing messages, if you opt in, are limited to 4 per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Roof Experts, LLC does not charge for texts.
Opt out
Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by replying “cancel,” “end,” “quit,” “unsubscribe,” “stop texting me,” or by calling (817) 754-9484.

Quiet hours
We do not send non-emergency texts before 9 a.m. or after 9 p.m. Central Time (Sunday: before noon or after 9 p.m.), except replies to messages you send us.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and 18 or older.

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this page.
