How the instant estimate works
The estimate starts with your address. We measure the main roof on your home from aerial imagery, including its area, its pitch and how tall the house is, then price a full replacement from the same rates our estimators use. You see an estimate for two shingle options: an architectural shingle, and a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle that stands up better to North Texas hail.
The range is honest about what aerial measurements can’t show. Rotted decking, a second layer of old shingles or a chimney that needs new flashing only shows up on the roof itself. That’s why every instant estimate is confirmed by a full measurement report and an in-person inspection before any work starts.
What happens after you lock it in
When you lock in an estimate, we email you the option and the range you chose, and a representative from our Arlington office calls you to set up your inspection. After the inspection, you get your final price in writing. Your roof replacement also comes with our 5-year workmanship warranty.
